With the Labeled Graphic interaction, you can explain the structure of a complex device or a piece of equipment, showcase product characteristics, or show your employees how a new software program works.
This interaction represents an image with labeled objects. When a labeled object is clicked on, a detailed description of this specific image area appears. It can contain not only text, but also images, audio, a video, symbols, and equations.
By default, there is already an image in place when you create a new Labeled Graphic interaction. To change it, click the Change Picture button on the toolbar. You can paste an image from the clipboard or select a file on your computer.
Alternatively, you can change the main interaction picture in the editor area. Click the Change button beneath the preview image at the bottom right and choose where to upload the picture from: From File or From Clipboard.
iSpring Visuals supports all popular image formats: .bmp, .gif, .pg, .png, .tiff, .wdp.
- To add a new label, click the Add label button on the toolbar.
- A new label will appear on the image and in the list of labels. Drag it to an appropriate location on the image. You can move the label to any other location at any time.
- Enter the label title and description. The users will see them when they click on the selected label.
- Choose the visual appearance of the label: its color and style. To do this, click the Marker Color and Marker Style buttons on the Label Graphic tab on the toolbar.
Add extra content to the label description: images, videos, an audio track, rich text, characters, a background or objects. To do this, go to the Insert tab and select the option you need. To make the tab appear, place the cursor into the label description area.
The order presented in the Labels list will be the order the users see the labels in when navigating inside the interaction using the navigation buttons (Next and Previous).
To change the order of the labels, select a label and drag it along the Labels list to place it in another position. To select more labels at once, hold the Ctrl button on the keyboard and select the steps.
You can move the labels using the Move up and Move down buttons in the context menu. To open the context menu, right-click the step in the Labels list.
To create a duplicate of a label, click the Duplicate button in the context menu. A label with the same name, description, and position will appear on the image and in the list.
To remove a label, select it and click the Delete button under the Label Graphic tab of the toolbar, on the keyboard or in the context menu.
