Make sure you’re using a browser that’s supported. If you're having issues signing in with your browser, go back to iSpring Suite and try signing in using an activation code.
How to Receive an Activation Code
- Return to iSpring Suite and click Sign in with an activation code.
- Copy the link and paste it into a supported browser.
- Next, sign in to your account using the temporary code that’s provided or your account URL.
- You'll then see a window with an activation code. Copy it and go to iSpring Suite.
- Paste in the activation code and click Submit.
Nice! Now, you can go ahead and create new courses.
